Vito Žuraj: Adrasteia

für gemischten Kammerchor

Before language came the voice. Before every narrative came breath. Adrasteia begins in a primal silence, where meaning lingers on the threshold of sound. Its name belongs to a nymph who protected the young Zeus and to a moon bound in Jupiter’s relentless orbit. Both herald inevitability: gravity, necessity, fate. The work does not speak; it listensan echo that quietly continues to breathe between thought and sound.
